Thank you Jesus!

“Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. (2.) Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.” Psalms 32:1 – 2

Blessed is the man of whom God has had great mercy and grace on and hath delivered his unworthy soul from eternal damnation. Blessed is the man whom God hath elected and gave to the Son in eternity past. Blessed is the man because the Father elected to make an eternal covenant with the Son before the foundation of the world; that if He would give His life as the Son of man and spill His blood on that wicked cross then He (God) would count it as just payment for all the sins of all His elect. This is the reason the Son shouted just before His death “It is finished” because payment had been paid in full. Blessed indeed are we oh redeemed sinner stand and shout with happiness because Christ Jesus did for us; something we could never do for ourselves. Thank you Jesus!

“Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven” – Blessed because our sins have been “forgiven”, this word means – to lift up and to carry away, but it also means to pardon – with this being said we must understand that our sins have been lifted from us and carried away, but where did they go you may ask, they went to the account of Jesus Christ and it cost Him his life on the cross. Since Jesus carried our sins to the cross then we are blessed, the Lord reminds us in Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” because we no longer have them, “white as snow” is as white as white gets and pure is as pure can get. Thank you Jesus! Romans 6:22 "But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life." Since we are white as white can be and pure as pure can be we can now serve the Lord God.

“Blessed is he whose sin is covered” – the word covered means - concealed or hidden; or, in other words, so covered that they will never be seen again by God. – When God sees His saved child He no longer sees their sins, never again because they are no longer ever visible to Him. Our sins are covered by the glorious blood of our Saviour Jesus Christ. To God we are no longer sinners we are His children and as holy as holy can be. This is the reason we are blessed, because even though sin is still in our lives God does not see it nor charge us with it. Thank you Jesus! Psalms 85:2 "Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah."

“Blessed is he whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity” – The word “impute” means – to recon or charge – The Lord will not recon or charge us for our sins because that punishment was reckoned or charged to Jesus Christ on the cross. This is why we as saved sinners will never have to face God for our sins, God considered the death and shedding of blood of Jesus Christ as just payment for our sins. Since our sins went with Him to the cross and this is the very reason He gave His life, then the sins of all of Gods elect have already been punished and justice has been served. 2 Corinthians 5:19 - 21 "To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. (20.) Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. (21.) For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” And one more time, thank you Jesus!

The Conduct of Women in Church.

1 Timothy 2:11 “Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.”

In today society what I am about to say will make me a hatemonger in the eyes of most, but the scriptures are the scriptures and man nor time can change them. Paul is speaking about a woman’s place in a church and it is very clear when it comes to church worship; women are not permitted to speak while the church service is ongoing. I understand that here in 2011 we have women doing everything in churches and even serving as Pastors, but the question must be asked are they right in doing so, and the answer is absolutely not! God never called a woman to preach because that would go totally against what the scriptures teaches. How can a woman preach if she is not allowed to speak? Now some people believe this is just talking about preaching or teaching but how does that allow them to “learn in silence”? The word “silence” means – stillness or quietness – and it comes from the Greek word “hēsuchios” which means - keeping one’s seat, or undisturbing, or peaceable, or quiet. – Any way you look at it a woman is not allowed to speak in the Lord’s Churches. Now most will find this degrading but is it really degrading or is it simply the way that God chose to have things done. It is not to say that women are more ignorant than men no more than it is to say men are greater than women. Some just simply choose to fight God in everything and anything. It is like angels, anytime you have seen an angel image it is most certainly a female figure but how many women angels have we seen in the scriptures, none, besides angel figures are unscriptural and wrong to even have. Deuteronomy 5:8 "Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above..." images become a form of worship and to worship any thing or any one but God is wrong.

Now back to women in the church, they are not allowed to speak which covers every area of a church service except to sing because it is not considered speaking. They are not allowed to teach 1 Timothy 2:12 “But I suffer not a woman to teach…” which by definition means to preach because Sunday School was added to the church much later after the scriptures were complete. However even though while some churches allow women to teach Sunday School they cannot teach a class with men in it “…nor to usurp authority over the man…” 1 Timothy 2:12 nor are they allowed to pray with men present "I will therefore that men pray every where..." 1Timothy 2:8. Even though we are in an era of women ruling in many areas some will fail to see that church services are not secular offices. A woman could be President of The United States and would not be allowed to speak in a church service. Just because the world does something does not open the churches to do the same things.

With all of this being said we all need to understand the scriptures and the conduct of the churches membership. God never assembled the church by giving all her membership equal rights. Members are different and serve the church in diverse ways. Ladies please serve the Lord in honorable ways by obeying Gods word; if you make excuses in order to break Gods words then you are showing little respect for the scriptures. I have found in a church the most beautiful women is those that honor the scriptures. God formed a system for His churches and that system is the only one that works.

So while some of you will “Amen” this and some others will condemn me for my words lets all remember God said "Let all things be done decently and in order." 1 Corinthians 14:40 The Lords churches is not a place to disobey God.

The Great Fabricator.

Ephesians 2:10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

We have called God many things over the years, but have you ever heard God called a “Fabricator”? Well here in Ephesians 2:10 that is exactly what He is called; the word “created” means – to fabricate, manufacturer, or to form something – The last five years I have been a truck driver for a scrap metal company and in my work I pick up at places that manufacture things and some of the places are fabricator’s. They are called metal fabrication shops. These shops create all sorts of things out of a sheet of metal, they simply take different metals and cut, weld, cut, weld, and cut and weld some more until they have created something valuable and marvelous. Here the Lord is called a Fabricator because He takes something worthless and makes something valuable and marvelous; a Christian. The word “workmanship” means – a fabric or something that is made – so with all this being said we are Gods “fabric” that He bought with the blood of Jesus Christ and He fabricated us into something valuable and marvelous. Now God goes on to say; “…which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” which means He fit up in advance that we walk the way He fabricated us to walk, that is as Christians. God ordained that we be Christians, He also made us Christians, and He also ordained our walk in our Christian lives. To put it in simple terms we are what we are by the grace of God. Paul said this in 1st Corinthians 15:10 “But by the grace of God I am what I am…” We also see Paul explain in 1 Corinthians 4:15 “...for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.” The word “begotten” means – to deliver or to cause to be born – again defining the fabrication of God. Now all this brings us back to Ephesians 2 but this time in verse 8 where God said “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:” When God said “…and that not of yourselves…” He was saying you can do nothing to save yourself because salvation is of God the Great Fabricator. It brings great laughter to my heart when I hear Preaches proclaim “God cannot change your will” because only God can change your will, we have no power to change our own wills. God said that salvation “…it is the gift of God…” because it is, because by the grace of God He fabricates us into Christians. God goes on and says “Not of works, lest any man should boast.” verse 9. Works of any sorts not only calls God a liar but it makes Him irrelevant in salvation when He is salvation complete. “…he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.”1 John 5:10. God said He hath made us Christians molded us from one lump of clay, some unto dishonor and some into honor. “Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?” Romans 9:21. Hath not the Fabricator power over the metal to make what He chooses? Does the clay or metal make itself what it wants to be? No it does not, both must have a creator and a designer just as the sinner must have one. Therefore God goes on to say “So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.” Romans 9:16 again bringing us back to the single point that Paul made when he said “But by the grace of God I am what I am…”

Folks, don’t be fooled into believing that we are the cause of our conversion, for we have not the power to deliver salvation to ourselves no more than a lump of clay can mold itself. The heart must be pricked by the Spirit of God and then we can believe; if yours has never been pricked by the Spirit then ten thousand decisions will never save you. “Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?” Acts 2:37 this is the Great Fabricator molding something valuable and marvelous out of a dirty, rusty piece of metal.

What Is An Honorable Woman?

Proverbs 11:16 “A gracious woman retaineth honour…”

Our church does not recognize holidays because they belittle the meaning of what they are suppose to be all about. For example is Christmas about Christ birth? Is Easter about the resurrection of Christ? Or is any other “holyday” about what it is suppose to be all about? The answer is no, they are all misused and deceiving. Today about 99% of assemblies will take time from the worship of the Lord Jesus Christ and worship mothers instead, they are going to brag of mothers and most mothers will lick it up like a dog licks up table scraps. Pastors will in the very same breath they are suppose to be praising God say something ignorant and belittling about the Lord to their congregations in order to edify mothers. I remember several years ago passing thru Tyler, Texas and passing by a very large Baptist church and on their sign was this quote “God could not be everywhere at one time so He created mothers”. Now most will doubt this because no Baptist would ever belittle the Lord in this way; however I promise this is true. Although your doubt is correct because no real Baptist Church would ever say anything so ignorant! I emailed the Pastor and told him they need to fire the person in charge of the sign, but I never heard back from him. But this is why we do not celebrate special days.

With all this being said, I would like to take just a few lines to describe a most wonderful mother. In today’s society we do not have very many honorable women or men, just as we do not have many honorable families. The world we live in today will not allow us to be honorable, it makes us all rotten and unworthy of being called honorable. So ladies while you’re Pastors are bragging on you today and causing your heads to float to the ceiling because of how great and wonderful you are, maybe it would do you good to take Gods test on what an honorable woman is and see if you pass. First of all an honorable woman please God, see the rest of the worlds opinion doesn’t matter if God is not pleased, would you rather be praised by man or God? God told us “A gracious woman retaineth honour…” A “gracious woman” is one that has beauty and kindness, not as we see it but as God sees it. God looks at us all differently than we look at each other , we look on the outside and a little on the inside but God only look on the inside, see God could careless how you appear to be but rather how you really are in your heart. I have known several honorable women in my Christian life and I see very few today. A woman that is submissive to the Lord, submissive to her husband, caring for her home, teaching her children, faithfully reading and obeying her bible, and teaching her children the word of God. This is a gracious woman, ladies how do you rate on Gods scale? Now the second thought is this; God said “A gracious woman retaineth honour…” She doesn’t just have these virtues but she “retaineth” them. That means she maintains them or is steadfast in them, or they are with her everyday for the rest of her life. When a woman leaves the purpose that God intended for her then she no longer retains these honors. See an honorable woman or mother is one who pleases the Lord and not her husband or her children, if she pleases God then she will naturally please her Christian husband. It is not about how busy you are, how wonderful you are about succeeding in the world, or even how good you are in the church or community, but rather how you obey and follow Gods word in the way God intended for the woman. But we live in a society that prevents a woman from honoring God with her life because you are a hate monger if you ask a wife to obey and be submissive to her husband, to tend to her home and raise her children, or to cook all the meals for their family. This is no longer a woman’s place, however if you want to be an honorable woman and mother then this is your place. Are you going to obey God or man? But with all this being said; when you see a “gracious woman” you will know her because she will be different from almost all the other women you see, and she will seem to be strange because she is obeying God.

Proverbs 31:10 - 11 "Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. (11.) The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil."
Proverbs 31:27 - 28 "She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. (28.) Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
