Could The Future Religion Of The World Be Islam?

Rev 6:1 - 2 "And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. (2.) And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer." As the first seal of seven is opened by Jesus Christ "...Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?” Revelation 5:2 we see the white horse who’s rider was (I believe) an imitation of Jesus Christ which is the anti-christ, which is Satan. I believe the true Christ will appear also on a white horse but not till Revelation 19:11 "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war." Satan is an imitator of Christ as he comes to take control of the entire world. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 - 4 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; (4.) Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God." He will bring with him a religion along with his own religious ruler called “The False Prophet” who it is believed will convert and control the religion of the time. My question is what religion will this be? Will it be a form of Christianity or will it be another religion altogether that has rivaled Christianity for decades? I ask the question “could the future religion of the world be Islam” because it is the most popular religion of our day. If it is then this would explain the open hatred for the two witnesses that will rise from the dead. The hatred is so bad that once these two men are allowed to be killed that great rejoicing will be in the world. "And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth." Revelation 11:10 If Islam is the religion of the tribulation period it would make a lot of sense because it is such a growing and powerful force on the earth. We do know that it and what is called “Christianity” holds about 4 billion of the 5 – 6 billion of the world’s total population. We also know that what is called “Christianity” in America and the rest of the world are growing weaker all the time and Islam is growing stronger. I do not mean in numbers but in biblical doctrine, “Christianity” in America and the world are known as compromisers to make people happy. A weaker religion means they would be more subject to a take over and that take over would be a much stronger Islam. Islam has taken over Egypt and is slowly taking over the most powerful nation in the world called America. While America remains the most powerful nation in the world she is growing weaker by the year. As America continues to allow Islam in she is attempting to cast out Christianity making it and Jehovah God the most hated things. If Christianity is going to be continually removed by so many, then it will be replaced by something and that something could be Islam. Our systems, such as our government and courts already adhere to Islam laws such as Sharia law also known as "Islamic law". Our own Supreme Court is leaning toward world law instead of constitutional law, and if President Obama is allowed to pick one more Justice to replace one of the five conservative justices it will be set to accept Sharia law. We have a weak Christianity religion in America (out side of the stronger churches such as ours) that will accept anything. I look at the services today and see anything goes, and anything is accepted; there is not a foundation in them anymore. The Lord referred then as what we here in Texas call tumble weeds, which is a weed without roots that is carried wherever the wind blows. "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;" Ephesians 4:14 This is just a thought and if you disagree then so be it.
