God will supply our every need.

Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?”

This is a verse I must put a lot of thought into often. Our life is ordained and predetermined by God; we are contently in His care. God said our days are numbered and we cannot pass them. Job wrote in Job 14:4 - 5 “Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one. (5) Seeing his days are determined, the number of his months are with thee, thou hast appointed his bounds that he cannot pass;” We often refer to this about our life span limit, but I believe it involves our entire life. Our entire being is in God’s per-ordained hands, and we will only be or accomplish what God has elected for us. Let us look at Ephesians 2:10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” This verse clearly says that our purpose in life is ordained of God in Christ Jesus. As Christians we are not on our own, we do not choose or create our own path in life, we do not accomplish things on our own, it is all by God’s grace and power. We also see in Job’s writings these words, "But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth. (14) For he performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with him." Job 23:13 – 14 We do not perform the accomplishments in our life, what ever you do God preformed it through you. God give you the tools, abilities, and everything else to succeed in life. God said these words, “For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.” Acts 17:28 It is God who gives us our daily bread, it is Him and His grace we breath another second of another day. God has not left us alone; He did not leave Israel alone after He freed them from slavery, and He does not leave us alone. The Psalmist wrote these words, “These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season. (28) That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good. (29) Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.” Psalms 104:27 - 29 We do not need to worry, worrying is sinful and a distrust or failure to properly understand God and His loving grace. The Prophet Danial write wrote these words, “And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?” Daniel 4:35 God turns the rivers of waters as He choses and He turns your life as He chooses. Paul wrote in Romans Chapter 9 these words, “Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?” V. 21 “And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,” V. 23 The world is God’s creation, created for His own glory, we are God’s creation created for His own glory, we are not on our own we are all fueled by God’s grace and power in everything. Our life can only be taken if God allows it, our failures will only happen if God allows it, we are continually in God’s hand and power.

Life fore the believer is not always pleasant, illnesses and death come upon us, churches fail sometimes, Christians fail sometimes, and sometimes God allows Christians to suffer horrible deaths. Life is unknown to us, we do not always understand, we may not always agree, but we must all understand that God is the controller and power of it all. Every day is God’s grace, we live, move, and have our being by His grace and mercy. If you do not understand God’s works fret not, just accept what is happening as God’s will for you and pray much for grace and mercy because God is truly our only hope.
